Holly Quigley has been very helpful over the past six weeks in helping us find a new car, she was able to offer advice on pros/cons of our possible choices and arranged test drives of models for consideration. Yet again, we cannot say enough about Kia Crewe following our recent purchase of our second Sportage !! The service we have received from this dealership far exceeds any that we have experienced from other companies over the years. From start to finish we were made to feel that our custom was more than just another sale !! In particular, Richard Dixon was brilliant throughout keeping us informed of the progress right up to the delivery date when the car was presented looking absolutely superb !! Bought a new car and the process start to finish was brilliant. Josh was fantastic ensuring that the product was right for me.

My previous car was a Kia, which I financed from a different dealership closer to my home town. Towards the end I was really unhappy with the service I was receiving and unfortunately it ended in a complaint to which wasn't satisfied so I was a little bit hesitant to finance another one. 

After visiting family in the area, I popped into the Crewe branch and Ian (Smith) dealt with me from the start, his service was brilliant, I was kept in the loop at all times and everything was very easy. 

Would happily deal with Ian (and others!) again in the future.
